Return Policy

At Cannabis Packaging Boxes, we make every possible effort to bring you only the finest products. Because of the unique nature of our customizable packaging solutions, we must impose a restrictive return policy.

No Refunds

We do not return payments or refund orders for any reason. Once an order has been produced and shipped, it is no longer returnable. This goes for the custom orders and for the standard packaging orders.

Reprint Policy

We will reprint free of charge any of the items that are the result of our manufacturing errors or mistakes. We will only do one reprint for any claims, and that will be our complete responsibility regarding the defects.

Claim Timeframe

You must submit any claims within 3 days of receiving your product. Any claims made outside of this time will not be accepted, and will not be processed regardless of the situation.In order to submit a claim that is valid, you must do the following:

 

  • Reach out to our customer service team within 3 days.

 

  • Submit pictures that clearly show the defect in question.

 

  • Provide the order number and delivery confirmation.

 

  • Explain the issue in detail, as well as the number of items that were impacted.

Reprint Eligibility

 

We will authorize reprints on the following scenarios if claims are made within 3 days upon delivery: 

Manufacturing defects: This includes misprints, color inconsistencies, and structural issues that are a result of our production process. 

Incorrect specifications: This includes products that do not match the approved proof or the specifications. 

Damage in transit: Items that arrive damaged due to a shipping or packaging error on shipping. 

Quantity Shortage: Any orders that arrive with fewer items than were actually purchased. 

Reprint Qualifying Criteria

Reprints will NOT be provided for:

  • Claims that are submitted greater than 3 days following delivery
  • Design flaws that result with the customer-approved proofs. 
  • Changes in customer preferences after the order has been produced.
  • Subtle color shifts that are part of the printing process. 
  • Damage that is a result of poor storage or mishandling after the product has been delivered.
  • The product has been altered due to reasonable use and subsequent deterioration due to age. 
  • Problems that are found after the product has been made available for use or after the product has been distributed to others.

Proof Approval Responsibilities

When you approve production proofs, you confirm:

  • All details are correct
  • The colors and designs are how you want it
  • The specs are correct for your use
  • All applicable compliance regulations are met

We are not liable for reprinting products due to mistakes on approved proofs.

Delivery Inspections

Customers must inspect every shipment upon receipt. Noting any damages to packaging and products on the delivery receipt should be done as well as taking a photo. Failure to inspect the products within a period of 3 days results in forfeiting your right to disclose defects and request for reprints.

Reprinting Procedure

If your claim has been approved:

  • We will analyze the evidence and documents submitted
  • An approval confirmation will be sent within 2 business days
  • Reprints will be made according to the usual production time

Reprint orders are treated as new orders in that they will be subject to the normal production lead times.

Cancellations

Cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order goes into production. If you would like to cancel an order and production has not yet started, please cancel your order and contact us. Depending on the phase your order is in, you may incur a cancellation fee.

Please remember, you only have 3 days post delivery to raise an issue. After this time frame, all sales are final with no exceptions.
